Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We use a secure payment processing site for credit and debit card payments run by Actinic where you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Electron. Alternatively you may pay by PayPal or you may phone with your credit/debit card details.
If you wish to send an order by post, please include a cheque (in GB Pounds sterling) or an international money order (in GB pounds sterling), made payable to Skyblue. Postage is charged at £4.95 to the UK mainland, please enquire about other destinations.
Shipping And Handling
For postage and packing for destinations on the UK mainland we charge a flat rate of £4.95 for Standard Delivery or £7.95 for Next Day Delivery (please note this is not a guaranteed service). For orders over £75 there is no Standard Delivery charge.
For the Highlands and Northern Ireland we charge a flat rate of £10.95 for Courier Delivery. For orders over £75 we charge a discounted flat rate of £6.00. (please note we cannot offer a next day service for these areas)
For select European Union countries (France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg) we charge a flat rate of £17.95.
UK Mainland Orders: All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier, depending upon your choice at checkout. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your goods sent via our standard delivery,
Next day orders must be booked before 11.00am on the day before delivery, for orders in the mainland UK excluding some parts of Scotland. While we will do our best to get any orders made after 11.00am out for the next working day it is possible that they will be delivered the day after. Next day deliveries are not possible on bank holidays and weekends - next day orders received during these times will be dispatched on the next working day. Next day couriers arrive next day 99% of the time, but as the couriers cannot guarantee this service (due to accidents, breakdowns, and other unavoidable circumstances), neither can we.
Next day delivery will usually require a signature, and some couriers will not leave parcels without one even if requested to do so. With this in mind we would ask customers to address these deliveries to a place of work, neighbour or family member.
Please Note: Due to the nature of some orders it may not be possible for us to deliver within these timeframes. In such cases we will contact you and update you on the progress of your order and we will give you an estimated time of arrival.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All orders are VAT inclusive.
Credit Card Security
This site uses Actinic software which uses 128-bit encryption for secure credit card processing, this is approved by leading UK banks.
Unless otherwise stated all of our products come with a year warranty against manufacturing defects as stipulated in UK Law. Your Statutory rights are not affected.

The Only information that we collect is that information given at the time of ordering. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not disclose your details or any other information that you provide to us to enable us to process your order to third parties unless required to do so by a legal judgement. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We request your email address on our order form which will only be used to communicate with you to acknowledge orders or deal with any queries on your order. We will not use your email for any unsolicited correspondence or pass your details on to any other person or organisation unless required to do so by a legal judgement.In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03 we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, promotions, etc. However, you may opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your emails, or sending an email to email@example.com.
Damaged or faulty. If the goods are damaged in transit or faulty, please inform us using the Contact Us page within 7 days and we will replace them free of charge. We may ask you to return them to us, in which case we wil refund your postage costs.
Goods the customer deems unsuitable for any reason may be returned for a refund, but you must contact us first for authorisation. If goods are being returned to us as unsuitable for their intended purpose, you MUST inform us of your intention to return them to us within 7 days of purchase. If you would like us to collect and/or exchange the goods for you, we will be happy to do so for a charge of £13.00, otherwise the onus is on the customer to return them to us within 28 days of purchase to ensure a no-quibble refund. Equipment that has been assembled or erected will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Please note: All goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, clean, not smelling of cigarette smoke, free from hairs, tyre tracks, etc. and any other evidence of general use or misuse. All clothing must have the manufacturers label and swing tickets still attached. We won't be able to refund any item that isn't returned to us in perfect condition.
Please endeavour to contact us in the first instance to discuss a problem and we will try to seek a mutually agreeable solution, all decisions are made at our discretion and will be final.
We will endeavour to refund an item as soon as it is returned to us but have up to 28 days to do so, and will mail the customer as soon as the refund is complete.
